Auction Terms & Conditions Rt 66 Auctions, herein referred to as Auctioneer is conducting auctions on behalf of the property's seller. By placing a bid on auctioneers online selling site or in person, the buyer is agreeing to all terms and conditions stated hence forth or posted onsite. Auctioneer reserves it's right to revise terms and conditions at any time.  Auctioneer reserves the right to re-start auction or convert to online auction if conditions require it.  Auctioneer reserves right to remove items at the states request.  If auction is disrupted by auction host issues, auctioneer reserves right to restart auction and move close dates as needed. Terms of Sale: * Everything will be sold "as-is, where is".  The item has not been modified, altered or  inspected by the auctioneer.  * Buyer shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.  We offer a preview period for every auction.  * The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If unsure, inquire or do not bid. * Once a Bidder places the winning bid and auctioneer says sold, that bidder is soley responsible for payment of lot won, and keeping track of the lot. Auctioneer not responsible for lot disappearance. * Occasionally a lot will have to meet a minimum reserved price in order to sell.  You will notice an orange exclamation mark next to the price, that indicates a reserve.  * The winning bidder has effected a contract and is expected to pay for items. * The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse a bid card and/or reject bids not in the best interest of the seller. * Absentee bids accepted on the day of sale in person or by phone, a valid VISA/MC must be given to be honored. * Purchases must be paid on day of sale, auctioneers or owners make no warranties or guarantees as to genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. All sales are final, when awarded to the successful bidder. Load out is 28 March through 7 April, dates below for each site. Loading docks and some assistance will be provided. Advised to bring new batteries and fuel if you want to operate anything. Storage charges of $20 per day start accruing after loadout period ends.
